Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Join a high-impact team that drives operational excellence, content strategy, and continuous improvement across the business. In this role, you’ll lead complex initiatives, guide associates through change, and turn data-driven insights into simple, scalable solutions that make work better for everyone. What You’ll Do
  • Lead the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating priorities, removing barriers, allocating resources, and adjusting plans based on performance and progress.
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and development for associates by selecting and training team members, assigning work, setting clear performance expectations, delivering regular feedback, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive, team-based environment.
  • Ensure business needs are met by assessing the effectiveness of existing programs and initiatives, consulting with key stakeholders, gathering and applying feedback to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and supporting community outreach activities.
  • Manage multiple, complex projects end to end by defining scope and objectives, establishing deliverables and timelines, overseeing governance, tracking and resolving critical issues, managing budgets and costs, and delivering clear status updates and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Drive content management initiatives by prioritizing content requests, designing and maintaining tools, templates, and resources, partnering with teams to develop intranet content, guiding others on platform functionality and content standards, and auditing content to ensure quality and adherence to governance.
  • Optimize processes and behavior change programs by analyzing data to understand current performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, simplifying and standardizing workflows, partnering with cross-functional teams to align on solutions, and communicating changes to drive sustainable adoption.

  • Have a proven track record leading multiple cross-functional projects at once—defining scope, managing timelines, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Are an experienced people leader who enjoys coaching, developing, and motivating associates, and creating a strong sense of teamwork and belonging.
  • Excel at process improvement and change management, using data and metrics to identify gaps, simplify workflows, and drive sustainable behavior change.
  • Bring strong content management and digital communication skills, with experience managing intranet or similar platforms, and ensuring content quality and consistency.
  • Are a strategic, adaptable problem-solver who can anticipate risks, develop contingency plans, and navigate ambiguity while keeping business objectives and customer needs at the center.
  • Use SQL to self‑serve critical operational data and quickly translate insights into on‑floor actions that improve flow, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Have experience applying practical AI tools to accelerate root‑cause analysis and reduce discovery time.

The annual salary range for this position is $127,600.00 - $191,400.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Stock
