We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Talent & Organisation practice, specialising in HR Transformation. As part of Accenture’s leading consulting team, you will partner with Australia’s top organisations to design and deliver future-ready HR functions that drive business performance and employee engagement.

This is a leadership role, suited to an individual with deep HR transformation expertise, strong consulting skills, and the ability to guide clients through complex people and operating model challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale HR transformation programs across multiple industries.

  • Shape and deliver HR operating models and organisation designs, ensuring alignment to business strategy.

  • Drive the end-to-end design and development of HR processes, embedding leading practices and digital solutions.

  • Partner with clients on HR function redesigns, including offshoring and outsourcing strategies, to optimise service delivery and workforce outcomes.

  • Manage and mentor high-performing teams, building capability across the practice.

  • Develop trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor on people and HR function transformation.

  • Contribute to business development through thought leadership, leading proposals, and account growth planning.

What We’re Looking For

HR Transformation experience, including:

  • Experience in and/or exposure to HR function operating model and organisation design.

  • Experience in end-to-end design and development of HR function processes.

  • Experience in working within or operating a People/HR function through a redesign, particularly offshoring and/or outsourcing.

Additional skills and attributes:

  • Strong consulting experience within a global consulting firms or equivalent environment.

  • Proven ability to operate at Senior Manager level– managing programs, stakeholders, and teams.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and structured thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability at C-suite level.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
