Your role

The Group IT department at LKAB currently consists of approximately 100 IT capabilities. In the Business development IT section, there are currently twelve employees who all work to support and challenge our businesses in their digital development.

As a Business Developer in IT with a focus on ERP, you will play a key role in supporting and challenging the digitalization efforts across LKAB's various business areas. You will enhance the efficiency of our operations by leveraging the opportunities offered by digitalization and IT. To succeed in this role, we believe you have a passion for global technological advancements and the ability to translate emerging technologies into solutions that align with our strategic goals.

Your responsibilities will include engaging in dialogue with the business units to capture their needs and translating these through a holistic approach to ensure alignment with LKAB's vision and objectives. You will lead or participate in projects involving IT development focused on ERP systems, aiming to optimize workflows, automate processes, and advance strategic digital initiatives across the organization.

You are proactive, solution-oriented, and well-organized, and you approach your assignments with both commitment and a positive attitude. Additionally, we recognize your ability to independently drive complex projects forward, complemented by strong collaboration skills.

This role requires an excellent understanding of ERP systems and how they integrate with business processes, ideally supported by experience in larger organizations. We expect that you have a background as a business developer, change leader, or project manager.

You bring extensive experience in creating plans, decision-making documents, and presentations tailored to diverse target groups. You demonstrate strong proficiency in summarizing and communicating clearly in English, both verbally and in writing. Given that Swedish is our main working language, you also have a good command of it and can communicate effectively, both spoken and written.

We are looking for you with an academic education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. For all positions at LKAB, we require a B driver's license.

It is an advantage if you have experience working with agile methods and requirements management, such as DevOps and Scrum.

Additional information

The role is a permanent position, and the location is Kiruna, Gällivare, or Luleå. Travel is included in the position.
