Job Description:

Position Overview

This position is responsible for the development and support of IT applications or infrastructure that enable the businesses they serve to operate efficiently and within established service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the collection, understanding, documentation and analysis of application or infrastructure processes that impact the delivery of IT Services to the business
  • Lead the design, execution and tracking of system tests to ensure operational readiness before being deployed in a production environment.
  • Support production systems by resolving issues as they are reported in person or through the help desk
  • Identify potential gaps and opportunities in the existing solution and provide recommendations to resolve.
  • Oversee the completions of project related tasks and assignments to meet project deadlines
  • Mentor, guide, and assist in training new or less experienced team members

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field required, Master’s Degree preferred
  • 5-10 years’ relevant experience required
