ABOUT THE JOB:

  • To partner with key functions (e.g. Workforce Planning, Tech Academy, Hiring Managers and Business Leaders) to successfully onboard and transition Starcamp participants (“Starcampers”) into the workforce. Act as the dedicated HRBP for Starcampers throughout their journey, ensuring a seamless experience from program entry through to workforce integration.
  • Drive end-to-end people support including onboarding, engagement, capability development alignment, and transition readiness.
  • Ensure Starcampers are set up for success with strong employee experience, clear career pathways and effective integration into business teams. Contribute to continuous improvement of the Starcamp program by identifying insights, risks and enhancement opportunities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • End to end onboarding support: coordinate and deliver seamless onboarding
  • Ensure alignment between hiring demand, onboarding plans and business demand
  • HRBP partnership: act as first point of contact for Starcampers on people-related matters. Provide guidance on performance management, development
  • Stakeholder coordination: partner with relevant stakeholder groups to enable smooth transition from new hire to workforce resources
  • Manage colleagues experience and engagement
  • Continuous improvement: capture insights and feedback to improve program
  • Act as People Leader for Starcampers during training

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across P&C and business functions
  • Ability to influence and navigate matrix organisation
  • Effective communication and coaching skills
  • Strong execution focus with ability to manage multiple cohorts, initiatives simultaneously
  • Colleague experience mindset with empathy and problem solving approach
  • 2–4 years of experience in HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Early Careers or related field Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience supporting onboarding, employee engagement or capability programs
  • Exposure to workforce planning or learning environments (preferred)

Other capabilities

  • Foundational HRBP skills (employee life cycle, engagement, performance support)
  • Program coordination and delivery
  • Data-driven.
