Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales and business development activities for ITP products in China and Asia (excluding Japan and Korea)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base
- build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholder
- identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- generate revenue and drive business growth by winning new projects and managing Tier 1 accounts
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making
- collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Line Management, R&D, FAE, Quality, and customer service, etc., to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment with market needs
- prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Lasers, Physics, or related fields
- Expensive experience in the laser or related high-technology industries, with 15+ years direct experience in sales and business development
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, generating revenue, winning new projects, and managing Tier 1 accounts
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- 10+ years experience in Sales Management
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional language skills are a plus
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Senses of ownership and accountability for achieving business objectives
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
