This role is reporting to Local Division Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the service strategy and drive service growth at the respective unit level. Each day, you will lead the Service organization and be responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of Service resources. You will also showcase your expertise by running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Accountability of Service Business growth & P&L
• Complete governance of service organization in Saudi Arabia.
• To analyze and forecast demand in the end-users ensuring growth in service product groups.
• Creating new business opportunities from non-contract customers existing and new service product introduction & product mapping within product lifecycle, inclusive of Proactive & Reactive sales.
• Service sales according to Robotics Service maintenance program and other site service activities to meet or exceed sales target.
• Sells product services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets to robotics.
• To apply maintenance engineering concept to the optimization of equipment, procedures, and departmental budgets for end-users to achieve better maintenance, reliability, and availability of equipment.
• Maintain good customer relationship, and customer satisfaction.
• Supporting the back end, sales & service activities and establish the processes and system to improve the productivity, from inquiry to ordering processes. Will be working with local and global side by using the sales tools to improve the processes.
• Standardize the offering for service products, from both global offering, and local initiated offering.
•  Scheduling of FSE & ensuring on time delivery & customer satisfaction

Qualifications for the Role

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with Minimum 15 years working experience in automation environment.
• Experience in robotics would be an added advantage.
• Good command of English and strong communication.
• Resourceful, team player, result-oriented person who possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, presentation skills.
