Summary: As a Cloud Migration Engineer, you will provide assessment of existing solutions and infrastructure to migrate to the cloud. You will plan, deliver, and implement application and data migration with scalable, high-performance solutions using private and public cloud technologies driving next-generation business outcomes. Your typical day will involve analyzing existing solutions, designing migration strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation of cloud migration projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing solutions and infrastructure. - Design and develop migration strategies for application and data migration to the cloud. - Ensure successful implementation of cloud migration projects. - Provide expertise in private and public cloud technologies. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud migration. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud technologies. - Assist in the evaluation and selection of cloud migration tools and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications DBA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Database Architecture. - Strong understanding of cloud migration concepts and best practices. - Experience in planning and executing application and data migration to the cloud. - Knowledge of private and public cloud technologies and their integration. - Familiarity with cloud migration tools and technologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud migration. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Applications DBA. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
