About the role:

A vacancy exists in the Day Procedure Centre for a highly motivated Enrolled Nurse with appropriate knowledge and skills to join our friendly and supportive Nursing team.

St Vincent’s Hospital is a major tertiary referral centre and has a busy Day Procedure Centre (DPC) which cares for patients pre-operatively and post-operatively, for interventional procedures including Endoscopy, Operating Theatres and Interventional Cardiology, and work in the Pre-admission Clinic.

The successful applicant will be expected to work a Monday to Friday roster, Morning and Evening Shifts.

2. Currently registered as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Professionals regulation agency.

5. Demonstrated computer literacy with email and an electronic patient record system.

6. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Demonstrated effective time management skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads within a complex environment.

8. Demonstrated customer service and patient centered approach to care.
