Position Summary:

Results-Driven & passionate professional with minimum 3 years of expertise in customer service. 

Work You’ll Do:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  

Receive (email) requests for quotations, Purchase Orders, order changes, adjustments, cancellations and lead times directly from customers and MML sales agents; achieves and maintains rapport with customers and works to give best possible service; 

Enter inquiries, prepare, process, and send both formal and informal quotations to customers on  a timely basis; maintain current status, follow up and expedite existing sales orders; ensure each order is audited for accuracy; 

Process Orders based on given information; 

Create and provide to Customers down payment invoice(s) where required;

Team:

Team of  8 members with high level experience in customer service.
