Job Description

  • Legal Operations: Manage the case management system, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry, organization, and retrieval.

  • Law Firm Management: Evaluate and manage the performance of external law firms, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to established guidelines and budgets.

  • Defense Support: Support civil, labor, and criminal cases, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, managing legal reserves, and assisting with trial preparation.

  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis techniques to gain insights from past and current litigation cases, identifying trends, patterns, and root causes to prevent future litigation and improve team performance.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address the root cause of previous cases, ensuring continuous improvement and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.

  • Process Optimization: Maintain a laser focus on simplification and resource optimization, identifying opportunities for streamlining processes, reducing costs, and improving overall efficiency.
