Job Description Summary:

The Care Site Business Specialist combines the expertise of an operations consultant with the essential administrative support needed to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This position will be responsible for analyzing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions, while also providing administrative support to care site leadership.

The operational support consultant reports to the care site operational leader and has no direct reports.

Responsibilities And Duties:

60% Operations Support:
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Work with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement process improvement strategies and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and buy-in for proposed changes and initiatives.
Document and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Manage and track project timelines and deliverables.

20% Communication:
Coordinates care site communication regarding project status and updates.
Effectively communicates project expectations and instructions.

20% Administrative Support:
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the leadership team.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Maintain and organize project files and documents.
Provide general administrative support to the consulting team, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
Assist with project coordination and logistics.
Support community benefit/engagement initiatives.
Order supplies and equipment as needed. 

Minimum Qualifications:

High School or GED (Required)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Ability to manage/oversee assigned care site projects.
