This position is in Villa Rica with a hybrid schedule that allows for up to 16 hours of remote work weekly.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
A college degree in a related discipline is preferred but not required
Highly customer-focused, with an ability to work effectively with internal and external customers and teams
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure with a sense of urgency while managing multiple competing priorities.
Self-direction and self-motivation / ability to make sound decisions independently
Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with Order Management Systems is desirable, but not required
Manages day-to-day operations planning on behalf of specific Printpack customers. Responsible for managing items, orders, inventories, and shipment releases to meet customers’ needs while optimizing the use of Printpack's production resources.
Analyzes forecasts to proactively plan production for the customer’s products, ensuring the customer’s demand is consistently met, minimum stocking levels are maintained, and changes are incorporated into production plans.
Processes items, orders, and shipment releases accurately and promptly to ensure the customer has the right products at the right time.
Serves as the point of contact between the customer and internal groups on daily operational matters.
Develops and maintains reports that support the customer and internal groups, such as inventory and order status reports, trial reports, etc.
Develops and maintains relationships with both internal and external customers in a manner that demonstrates a high level of commitment to excellent customer service, to facilitate the flow of orders and information
