USAC Sr. Accountant – Costa Rica

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As Sr. Accountant you will play a key role in accounting services, such financial information, analysis and guidance to different customers among the organization ensuring financial data integrity and accuracy and participating and eventually leading project teams. in the division of United States and Canada. In this role you will be able to learn about financial markets and statements, work with people around the world, implement projects and initiatives, and be a changing element in the team.

The impact you will make in this role

• You will analyze financial Statements Variances for specific assigned areas.
• You will process adjustments and other Journal Entries and prepare Account reconciliations.
• You will explain variances to cross-functional accounting teams.
• You will handle and develop solutions for different inquiries coming from customers.
• You will Identify efficiencies that will lead to savings in financial resources and time.
• You will participate and may lead project teams.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: 

• Accounting, Finance or Business Administration advanced student.
• 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
• Fluent English
