Description:
• ETD Operations supports the firm’s house and client trading across a broad range of listed futures and options products. The group has interactions with multiple Business units and is responsible for clearing and settlement of all ETD business Trade Management (“TMG”) 
• The candidate must be highly focused on accuracy, timely risk management as well as diligent follow-up on root cause where failure in the trade flow arises

The core responsibilities of Trade Management include but not limited to the following: 

• Intraday trade matching and exception management versus the exchanges and carry brokers 
• Support allocation process and ensure that trades are correctly booked by sales, traders and middle office by the different exchange deadlines 
• Processing of give-in and give-out transactions on the exchange 
•  Handling of contract servicing events including exercise/assignment, expiries, cash settlements and deliveries 
• Daily reporting to exchange of close-outs, positions and large trader 
• Closely liaise with sales and traders, middle office as well as exchange and clearing brokers to promptly resolve any trade breaks or exceptions 
• Participate in documentation of business requirements and testing of new processes, systems roll outs and UAT
• Excellent exception management skills
• Assist in managing and leading a team  

Qualifications:
•    In-depth knowledge and experience of Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) 
•    Minimum 5-8 years experience in Operations 
•    Proven management track record and strong leadership capabilities 
•    Solid knowledge of key industry futures systems, e.g. Exchange GUI, Clearing system, GMI is a plus 
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
•    Strong team player who works well in a global and regional team environment 
•    Ability to influence change and implement process improvements is essential 
•    Innovative in devising support solutions and improving processes 
•    Positive attitude with ability to motivate and inspire team 
•    Hands-on manager who can lead without being a micro-manager 
•    High-level of client service to both internal and external clients with utmost professionalism at all times 

Education:
•    Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
