What success looks like in this role:
· Ensure FCC and PBC operate to meet Accounting close and Planning and Budgeting objectives, including support, maintenance, testing, and developing functional/technical specifications.
· Design, develop, test, deploy, and support solutions for business automation on Oracle applications and functionality.
· Build and maintain Calculation Scripts, Business Rules, Dimension Builds, Data Loads and Batch Automation Scripts.
· Responsible for managing and monitoring the Oracle load process (ad hoc requests and nightly scheduled loads), data validation, and addressing load issues.
· Optimize EPM applications to enhance performance for data loads, aggregations and calculations, and data retrievals.
· Oversee master data management and governance for Oracle EPM using Enterprise Data Management (EDM)
· Ensure application compliance with policies, procedures, and change control process.
· Provide primary support in the development, testing, and maintenance of reports and dashboards utilizing ad-hoc queries, Smart View, Financial Reporting reports requested by users, and other tools as required.
· Other duties and responsibilities related to support Financial System
You will be successful in this role if you have:
· B.A. or B.S in finance, accounting, economics, business, MIS, or CS is required.
· Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
· High degree of experience working with Oracle Financial Close and Consolidation and Planning & Budgeting Cloud.
· An analytical, process-oriented mindset with an eye for constant improvement.
· Excitement about using the latest technologies and creative problem solving to overcome complex business and financial challenges.
· Experience managing projects and collaborating with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
· Excitement about dealing with large amounts of data and translating into concise actionable insights
· Experience working with and creating financial management reports.
· Comfortable in a dynamic and changing organization. Embraces the opportunities that change can bring.
· High attention to detail and a commitment to driving quality/accuracy in all activities. Keeps commitments and adheres to predefined schedules.
· Comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization and an ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Experience working under pressure while still maintaining a high level of quality and achieving deadlines.
· Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills. MS Power BI experience is preferred.
· Experience with Groovy coding language and use of REST API is preferred.
