What You Will Do:
This position will play a critical role in leading project teams for our Public Health Advisory practice. Projects can span across organizational development and transformation, strategic planning and implementation, business process improvement, risk management, change management and strategic communications, as well as direct-mission support to federal health clients .Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Project initiation, through analysis

  • Solutions development, implementation, and closeout;

  • Providing guidance and support for project deliverables and quality assurance effort

  • Team leadership and development

  • Client management and development


What You Will Need:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree

  • Prior experience working with the NIH (National Institutes of Health)

  • Prior experience working at a large consulting firm

  • 7 -10 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, organizational transformation, process improvement, project/program management

  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Ability to develop strong team and client relationships

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including presentation skills)

  • Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset

  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

DC metro area preferred and ability to commute to Bethesda, MD on occasion with advanced notice.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Masters Degree

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (strongly preferred)

  • Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset

  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Ability to develop strong team and client relationships

  • Experience with MS Teams

  • Healthcare or science communications experience
