About the Product:
Falcon For IT is our newest product release which helps IT & Security teams to get answers to the most difficult questions about their infrastructure, apps and endpoints, utilizing our Charlotte AI to ease usability and speedup response and remediation of issues. The product is a cloud based solution allowing customers to query their entire endpoints to address IT challenges working in synergy with our Sensor, which is a driver installed on client machines that observes system activity and apps, recognizes malicious behavior, then provides on-box prevention capability and remote telemetry to the cloud.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager to lead engineering teams and delivery of the Falcon For IT product group. In this role, you will manage multiple teams - Cloud, UI and Sensor building the F4IT module of the Falcon Platform. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the module that meets business needs, as well as developing and implementing the overall engineering strategy and tactics.
What You'll Do:
Lead multiple teams of cloud, UI and driver engineers responsible for designing, building, and deploying the Falcon For IT product within the Falcon Platform.
Develop and maintain engineering standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of bottom-up responsibility, continuous learning and improvement.
Shape an independent team supporting both current operations and future growth, through promoting existing talent and filling in gaps by hiring.
Guarantee continuous delivery of new features and bug fixes to the global customer base.
Lead the team in triaging, prioritizing and delivering prompt resolutions to escalations from customers while maintaining clear communications with the field.
Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
Work closely with Product Management and field representatives to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, while providing reliable initial estimations of level-of-effort.
What You’ll Need:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing and leading teams and engineering managers.
Minimum of 12 years of software engineering experience in all phases of a software development lifecycle
Proven experience in building high-quality SaaS solutions at scale and on time.
Demonstrated ability in providing support to production environments with a wide and varied customer-base.
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Track record of successful hiring and onboarding.
Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Relationships person, experienced working together with Product Managers and Project Managers in planning and executing roadmap.
Ability to move conversation between high level requirements to detail oriented discussions and vice versa.
Fast pace, startup mentality with passion to deliver solid solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
Preferred:
Experience with cybersecurity, intelligence and IT solutions.
