We are looking for a Customer Complaint Specialist for the Quality Department at our Mohamdia plant.

Part of a team of 4 investigators, this role plays a key contribution in ensuring a seamless and compliant customer complaint handling process. The position supports cross‑functional investigations, drives continuous improvement, and safeguards customer satisfaction through timely and accurate follow‑up.

  • Entry of customer complaints into the SAP database from initial receipt

  • Editing, completing, and archiving customer complaint files

  • Leading technical and documentary investigations related to customer complaints

  • Facilitating cross‑functional meetings to present samples and identify root causes

  • Driving coordination meetings with internal stakeholders to define and monitor CAPA plans

  • Preparing and issuing customer complaint reports

  • Managing communication with customers, supported by Customer Quality Managers, on all complaint‑related topics

  • Potential participation in internal audits, customer audits, and notified body audits alongside responsible stakeholders, including presenting the customer complaint process

What will convince us

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5)

  • Solid understanding of industrial environments and the healthcare sector

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) considered an asset

  • Familiarity with investigation best practices

  • Understanding of audit best practices

  • Strong command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • SAP software/module knowledge considered a plus

  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to conduct structured investigations

  • Effective cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills

  • Ability to synthesize complex information and document findings clearly

  • Organizational discipline and attention to detail

  • Proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement

  • Language Skills

    • Excellent command of French (written and spoken)

    • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
