Job Description:

Degree in IT/Computer Science/Electronics & Communication or higher/Diploma in Computer Science.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in Tier I level Technical Support and Customer Service.
• Experience with video and telephony-based products.
• Knowledge of firewall and networking.
• Proficiency in Zoom, Zoom market,Zoom room and Ms teams
• Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Familiarity with SIP, Telephony, and H323 Protocols.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA).
