Our team in Malaysia is looking for an enthusiastic HRSS Intern to collaborate closely with our HR Shared Services Team, contributing to day-to-day deliverables. This is an immediate internship opportunity, spanning 3 to 6 months.

Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day HR operations.

Manage confidential documentation, records, and maintain personal folders.

Assist in updating employees' personal information in the system.

Contribute new ideas and information to collaborate with team members.

Handle any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your superior.

Requirements:

Proficient in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Adequate proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Education:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.

Strong and adaptable mindset to meet tight deadlines.

A team player who is also independent and capable of multitasking.

Demonstrates excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

High adaptability to changing circumstances.
