Key Accountabilities

l  Design and develop new parts for automotive inverters. Keep up with technological development and make innovations

l  Conduct analysis from perspectives of thermal, vibration, corrosion, temperature cycling…etc. Coordinate with HW team to finish mechanical parts design

l  Verify design on bench and vehicle, find root cause and corrective actions for related issues

l  Provide technical support to manufacturing line。

 

Key Competencies

l  Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering

l  At least 3 years working experience of inverter design. Familiar with at least one 3D design software, UG is preferred

l  Excellent knowledge of machining, casting, stamping, injection molding, surface treatment and other related processes

l  Strong design skills of dimensional chain analysis and tolerance design methods, simulation experience in fluids, thermal and vibration;

l  Ability to work independently and coordinate well with other functional departments, especially for hardware

l  CET-6 in English, good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;

l  Strong sense of responsibility and collective honor
