Role Summary & Role Description::

 

State Street Corporate Billing IT team is leading a Transformation Program to modernize and redesign entire Billing technology and process landscape globally to ORMB platform

 

We are looking for strong Technology Leader to lead large scale Billing Transformation Program that includes Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB), other billing systems, client setup, Transaction Data flow

 

Role Summary & Role Description::

 

As Billing Technology Leader, you will be -

 

Involved working with ORMB modules like algorithms, batch jobs, business components, and more, to ensure smooth functioning of billing processes and systems
Client onboarding setup & transaction data integration with multiple systems

 

Have 20+ years of overall experience in supervising a team of Billing technology professionals through all phases of the technology lifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture and functional design, testing, and implementation while maintaining strong business relationship.

 

Deliver quality project execution by successfully monitoring project/program team economics, performance against the job requirements and budgets, and proactively adjust scope, timing, and resources as appropriate or necessary as per Agile guidelines

 

Execute transition from transformation projects to BAU, track the delivery of issue resolutions to meet the SLA’s and KPI’s, escalation & issue Management, Weekly/Monthly delivery metrics reporting

 

Establish and execute ‘Technology with Operations’ model, identifying efficiency initiatives via automation and/or better use of platform capabilities

 

Manage and mentor a team of Billing and related technology professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

 

Integrate and supervise team members from our technology partners and service vendors to ensure seamless delivery

 

Assess forward-looking skills requirements, develop and track cross-skilling and upskilling plans amongst team members and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development

 

 

Core/Must have skills::
ORMB Experience: Extensive experience with ORMB, OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework), and CCB (Customer Communication Billing) is highly preferred.
Programming Skills: Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, SQL, and Oracle databases.
Database and PL/SQL: Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL and a strong understanding of Oracle Database concepts.
Must have project delivery experience managing full life-cycle projects in ORMB, client onboarding implementations on large scale in consulting/IT services environment
High level functional knowledge of end-to-end integration of complete client Billing lifecycle flow
Strong leadership in Talent Management, Skills Management, SLA and KPI on delivery
Excellent Communication Skills to demonstrate a structured and clear approach to communicate potentially complex solutions to less technical stakeholder, team members and business sponsors
Vendor resource management, fair knowledge on overall financials of the program
Analytical skills to understand operational challenges and estimate efficiency book of work

 

 

Good to have skills::
Technical proficiency on one or more OAS, AWS Fundametals, BI publisher
Batch process using Shell Script, Autosys
Experience on  Regulatory requirements and MIS
