Prepare income tax returns (T1, T1D, T3, T3010)
• Identify, investigate and resolve inquiries, discrepancies, etc. as they arise, and guide and assist other staff in this
process.
• Collect relevant information and maintain documentation of account activities, informing RBC partners of account issues
and their resolution.
• Ensure client expectations are met by respecting key deliverables.
• Respond to calls and correspondence from external parties in a prompt and professional manner.
• Use effective written, verbal and electronic communication to foster solid working relationships with other team members
and to develop and maintain strong relationships with RBC partners.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members and to participate in the training and evaluation of new and seasonal staff.
