OVERVIEW:

The Manager, Forecasting & Reporting, Omni Fulfillment will be responsible for the development, communication and management of all forecasts and central reporting related to omni fulfillment across our distribution centers, stores and vendor partners for outbound, direct to consumer fulfillment. In addition, this role will be responsible for partnering closely with store operations to build and implement labor planning strategies in omni fulfillment.  This is a critical and central role to the effective operation of our fulfillment  channels, and in achieving company labor goals, improving fulfillment efficiency, and elevating the athlete experience. This role will communicate broadly across the organization through a suite of reporting as well as operational KPI’s that result from our operations, and provide unique, actionable insights to facilitate cross-functional strategy and change, with partnerships reaching across data science, store operations, analytics, supply chain, merchandising, and technology. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Forecasting

  • Builds, manages and communicates comprehensive outbound, direct to consumer fulfillment forecasting that enables a clear and accurate understanding of fulfillment channel expectations and shifts associated in demand patterns over time.
  • Analyze store utilization monthly and recommend changes in labor tiering and fulfillment capacity
  • Reforecast for significant business impacts (additional promos, product launches, weather impacts)
  • In partnership with Data Science, develop and implement new models for day/store level forecasting
  • Provide impacts and data-driven recommendations for safety stock changes

Reporting

  • Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly and annual reporting across all fulfillment channels, including Vendor Direct that enable operational teams to execute and continually improve operations.
  • Responsible for vendor compliance reporting that drive supply chain cost reconciliation activity across our vendor community
  • Continuously evaluates reporting suite and data to identify improvement areas in reports that enable greater insight into our business and operational partners.

Analytics 

  • Provide fulfillment analysis as business needs arise for stakeholders across the space -- Analyzing trends; Root-causing outliers; Data-driven recommendations
  • Conduct deep dives on complex data sets to uncover actionable insights
  • Leverage data visualization tools to create insightful dashboards and cadence and ad-hoc reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • MBA a plus

  • 5-7 years experience

  • Attention to detail, results driven, business/financial acumen, planning / organizing

  • Supply Chain understanding and operational planning background a plus

  • Excellent written & Verbal Communication Skills

  • Customer-service oriented

  • Strong interpersonal & client consultation skills

  • Self-motivated & results oriented
