Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage in providing advisory services that focus on business agility and technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to understand their unique challenges, facilitating discussions to identify opportunities for transformation, and guiding teams in implementing strategies that enhance their ability to adapt and thrive in a competitive landscape. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions provided align with the clients' goals and objectives, ultimately helping them to outlearn and outperform their competition. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote understanding of business agility principles. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing support and guidance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in change management methodologies to support organizational transformation. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to drive engagement and collaboration. - Familiarity with agile frameworks and practices to enhance team performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
