Analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience.

Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating an optimized user experience by analyzing the needs of target users and their task performance. Your typical day will involve designing digital graphics and user interfaces to enhance user interactions and satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design intuitive user interfaces to improve user experience. - Create visually appealing digital graphics for various platforms. - Conduct user research to understand user behavior and preferences. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user experience design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Digital Graphic Design - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Interface (UI) Design - Strong understanding of user experience principles and design concepts. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. - Experience in prototyping and wireframing for user testing. - Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approach. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Graphic Design. - This position is based at our Manila office.
