Work You’ll Do:

1.        Proficient in material put in & out, disposal and storage management, as well as accounting handling; Skilled in operating ERP systems and office software.

熟练掌握物料进、出、销、存的规范流程及账务处理，熟练操作ERP系统及办公软件；

2.        Standard procedures for warehouse receiving and shipping shall be implemented to ensure consistency in records, physical goods, and receipts, while enforcing first-in-first-out (FIFO) principles and implementing protective measures for materials.

仓库出入库手续规范，以确保账、物、单一致，并落实物料的先进先出及防护措施；

3.        Comply with safety operating procedures and 5S management standards to ensure safe storage and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse area.

遵守安全操作规定、5S管理标准，确保安全存储、库区整洁有序；

4.        Optimizing material put in/out routes by using reasonable planning of storage locations, proper labeling, and routine safety maintenance.

合理规划货位，做好标识及日常安全维护，优化物料存取路径；

5.        Handling material sorting and packaging according to the order requirements to ensure delivery timely and accurately.

按订单要求完成物料分拣、包装，确保发货及时、准确；

6.        Proficient in operating overhead crane lifting equipment and skilled in using forklifts for material put in/out storage and distribution.

能熟练操作行车起吊机械设备，熟练操作叉车进行物料入出库及配送；

7.        Completing other tasks assigned by leaders.

完成上级交代的其它工作。

Basic Qualifications:

1.        High school degree or above

高中及以上学历

2.        Have experience in safety production trainings and fire safety trainings

参加过安全生产、消防安全等培训；

3.        Proficient in operating cranes and lifting machines

熟练操作行车起吊机械设备；

4.        Holding the forklift operating qualification certificate.

持有叉车操作资格证书。

5.        At least 3 years experiences in forklifts operating.

三年以上叉车作业实操经验；

6.        Having 3 years+ warehouse working experience, knowing warehouse management rules, and have strong learning and understanding abilities.

具备三年以上仓库工作经验，熟悉仓储管理常识，有较强的学习和理解能力；

7.        Using EPR and Office software (MS Excel). Standard management in put-in/out materials.

熟练使用ERP软件，及办公软件（EXCEL数据统计、表格制作），能对盘点、进出货做出规范管理；

8.        Having knowledge in warehouse management and materials packaging protection.

熟悉仓库管理的基本流程及物料包装防护的基本知识；

9.        Strong sense of responsibility, hard working and good communication ability.

责任心强、工作认真负责，且具备良好的沟通能力。

Preferred Qualifications:

Having warehouse working experience in machinery industry is prefer.
