Job Description

What You'll Champion:

  • Review, analyze and recommend strategic plans within the off-line portfolio, ensuring that plans accurately reflect the needs of the market.

  • Execute sales as per the targets and key KPIs for the department to align with overall Commercial plan

  • Provide perspectives and insights on global trends related to the aviation industry especially on air ticket selling related; analyze trend and identify business opportunities and threats

  • Supporting the distribution channel(s) and team(s) with IKHLAS model and interest in priority

  • Support operations of sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and provide support as needed

  • Managing IKHLAS Group desk for group booking processes

  • Review sales performance and provide support to other point of sales (POS) as needed

Your KPIs :

  • Success in delivering on targets, as well as other strategic KPIs as agreed with the company senior team

  • Oversee sales plan, target and budget developments for the department including ensue budget adherence to the approved budget

  • Develop and maintain good relationships with related business partners both internally and externally

  • Monitor SOPs development and amendment to ensure all SOPs align with business objectives and regulatory requirement

  • Track operating progress and result against annual plan and KPIs to ensure targets are met; provide supports as needed

  • Support innovation and continuous improvement including promote best-practice within AirAsia

Who You Are:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, any field.

  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Meticulous in work effort and a team player to ensure cross departmental collaboration and support.

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Strong leadership qualities with an ability to interact and liaise with many different management levels in the Organization

  • Good in team management skills. Work as a leader in providing direction but also collaborate within a larger team setting to further the Commercial goals

  • Willing to travel as part of work
