What you’ll achieve:

As an ODM Operations Advisor, you will be responsible for chairing daily ODM operation meeting, to review ODM performance in all aspects including capacity plan, production schedule, material availability, delivery commitment, shipment target as well as manufacturing lead time and productivity.

You will carry out strategic operations analysis to identify and implement opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of ODM operations.

You will:

  • Host and chair daily ODM operations review meeting.

  • Drive ODM to execute to commitments (capacity/priority/lead time/productivity…), detect and solve excursions in time if any.

  • Deep dive to issues and implement closed-loop solutions. Carry out strategic analysis, initiate and improve ODM operation processes through innovations like digitalization, automation and lean.

  • Work closely with cross-functional operation teams, set unified operation goals for ODM and govern ODM execution during the process

  • Engage with internal teams and external ODM partners to maximize daily shipment and avoid capacity waste.

Essential Requirements:

  • 5 to 8 years relevant experience in manufacturing, planning, order management, customer care or supplier relationship management

  • Excellent understanding of global supply chain, manufacturing footprint and logistics capabilities

  • Fluency in English & Mandarin

  • Strong communication and demand skills to manage ODM partners

Desirable Requirements

  • PC industry knowledge

  • Deep market research and trends knowledge; as well as a sound understanding of business goals, strategies, and current industry trends
