Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for turning complex information into strategic insights? We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to lead cross-functional collaboration, optimize data solutions, and drive business impact through analytics. In this role, you will work closely with third-party developers and the BI operations team to design and implement scalable BI solutions that meet future business needs and governance standards. As a key player in technical project leadership, resource planning, and business adoption of analytics tools, you will bridge the gap between technical specialists and leadership. What you will be responsible for:

• Drive cross-team collaboration between third-party developers and the BI operations team.

• Ensure designs align with the future requirements of BMI Group and the governance standards of the Data & Analytics office.

• Lead debrief sessions, including stabilization, hypercare, and training.

• Develop and deploy high-impact projects approved in the hopper.

• Assist with resource planning for upcoming projects, leveraging technical knowledge of time and effort required for data modeling in BW/SAC.

• Serve as the Technical Project Lead for all BI projects.

• Support the triage and allocation of requests in the BI Team’s ServiceNow queue.

• Enhance business adoption of existing and new reports.

• Maintain good housekeeping and governance within BW/SAC applications.

About you:

• 3+ years in a cross-functional BI, data engineering, or analytics role.

• Proven experience in BI architecture, data modeling, warehousing, integration, and optimization.

• Expertise in SAP Warehousing tools and SAP Analytics Cloud.

• Strong skills in process mapping, analysis, and optimization.

• Expertise in analytics tools (e.g., SQL, BW, ETL) and scalable, secure data solutions.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and 3rd-party vendor management (Service Integrators, Consultancies).

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and oversee BI projects.

• Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations, and best practices.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Salary ranges from 3500 to 4400 euro gross depending on your experience.
