This is a unique opportunity to join a growing and dynamic team within Business Banking. This role sits within the Stream Working Capital Account Management Team which forms part of Business Lending providing the full spectrum of business customers’ trade & working capital borrowing needs. The broader team is responsible for the distribution of all trade and working capital products, pricing and process management, development and in-life management of certain working capital products and management of business customers in arrears or financial difficulty.

Do work that matters

The Stream Working Capital Specialist – Account Management will be part of a national team and will be primarily responsible for supporting in-life management of the growing Stream portfolio of customers as well as other strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in the day-to-day management of the Stream Working Capital portfolio of customers.
  • Utilise the Stream Platform to identify trends and manage risk.
  • Onboard new customers on to the Stream Platform and manage settlement meetings with customers.
  • Work closely with internal audit regarding report outcomes and recommendations
  • Provide supporting analysis and reporting for the Senior Manager – Stream Portfolio Risk
  • Support in the preparation of annual reviews analysing product suitability and assessing cash conversion cycles
  • Provide supporting analytics across the portfolio to help identify growth opportunities (e.g. facility increases)
  • Support the identification of emerging risks across the portfolio and work closely with specialists and risk teams to help understand and address these.
  • Other related projects that relate to the Stream Working Capital product.

What we're looking for 

  • Ideally 1-4 years relevant experience in banking, accounting or financial services (incorporating trade finance, working capital finance or cashflow lending is advantageous)
  • Entry level experience in managing data on a platform and interpreting customer information.
  • Basic awareness of working capital financial acumen including working capital cycle and financial analysis.
  • Strong drive and passion around delivering market leading trade & working capital products  for our customers.
