As a Financial Analyst – International, you will provide complex operational information to facilitate Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) decision making. Also, you will serve as an expert resource for data collection, analysis and evaluation of complex operational resources, services, programs, systems and procedures.
This is a remote opportunity apart from one to two on-site Cleveland visits each year.
The ideal future caregiver is someone who:
Has a background in math and technology, including experience with databases, advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint and financial reporting.
Has strong analytical skills.
Can multitask while paying attention to details and staying organized.
Effectively communicates and presents financial results.
This position offers a wide variety of experiences and the flexibility to learn other skills, such as automation-using bots. You can practice skills for future positions in areas such as Information Technology or Project Management.
