We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Project Management team, with a focus on product launches and SAP data maintenance activities. This role offers hands-on experience in cross-functional projects and operational processes within a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking product launch projects
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of project documentation, timelines, and status reports
• Support SAP master data maintenance, including data creation, updates, and quality checks
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, IT)
• Help monitor project milestones, risks, and action items
• Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting minutes
• Support continuous improvement of project management and data processes

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a university student (e.g. Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field)
• Interest in project management, product launches, and business processes
• Basic understanding of SAP or strong willingness to learn
• Very good English skills (written and spoken); German or other languages are a plus
• Confident use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

Duration: 12 Months

Working hours: approx. 20 hours per week

Location: Bad Homburg (in agreement mobile/ hybrid working possible)
