Role: SAP Basis and HANA Administrator Role Description: Provide expertise in planning, execution and troubleshooting of SAP modules like ECC, BI, PI, BO and Solman. Ensure best ITSM process are followed when performing changes and working on incidents. Have already worked on SNOW or similar ticketing tools and multiple clients support. Must have skills: Sap admin tasks on ECC, BI , SOLMAN, BO, PI, webdispatcherm, HANA Admin, ASE administrator. Incident Management, Leading the team technically, Solution manager skills. Good to have: Scripting. Job Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Plan, test and implement sap basis tasks before prod. Automation in day to day tasks. 24/7 support Technical Responsibilities: Starting and stopping SAP instance(s) Maintenance of system’s health Monitor system performance and logs Spool and print administration Maintain system landscape Transport management systems Manage change requests like system copies, addons, language installation. Create / Manage batch jobs Backup schedule, run, and monitor backup of SAP Apply patches, kernel, and OSS notes Database Space Management and patch management. Database Backup Database log (Redo log, Archive Log) management sOperation system performance tuning OS space management OS level background job management OS level backup and recovery Professional Attributes: Good communicational skills and analytical skills.
