We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career Consulting team at Mercer as a Summer Intern Analyst. This role will be based in Boston MA. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Internship program dates are Monday, June 1st – Friday, August 7th, 2026.

As a Summer Intern Analyst on Mercer’s Career team, you will support client engagements across industries as an integral member of project teams. You’ll help diagnose client challenges and contribute to the design of strategic talent solutions across Rewards, HR Transformation, Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning & Analytics, and Communications. The role combines hands-on research, modeling, and problem solving with client interaction, working with senior clients and internal experts in a collaborative, learning-oriented environment. You will gain practical exposure to Mercer’s integrated approach to improving business performance through people.
