The candidate should proactively identify, track, and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

As a Agile Delivery Steward, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage delivery for value outcomes; align execution to organizational agility; promote transparent, collaborative planning; use delivery metrics traceable to investment; embed OKR and VRM goals into delivery oversight
  • Align delivery cadences with product roadmaps and OKRs; ensure predictability and built-in quality.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and optimize flow across teams
  • Govern delivery flow metrics - throughput, cycle time, and dependency aging
  • Facilitate dependency, risk management, escalation and facilitate all hands quarterly planning events
  • Capability to mature teams towards behavior driven outcomes
  • Coach teams on Definition of Done, engineering practices, and continuous improvement
  • Configure Jira workflows, automation, and dashboards for delivery transparency

These skills will help you succeed in this role:

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, product management, business administration, finance or equivalent, and/or other work experience in a technical setting.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Information Technology
  • Deep understanding of agile delivery, engineering enablement, and flow optimization
  • Proficient in tooling ecosystems (Jira, Power Automate, CI/CD telemetry)
  • Productive Use of Generative AI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate verbally with virtual teams on conference calls and to write clear, concise and complete written documentation
  • Good organizational skills, ability to move from one task to another efficiently
  • Should have good understanding of technologies, process and project milestones.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
  • LeSS, SAFe RTE, Certified Scrum Master, or Professional Scrum Master certifications
