Role Summary (CL8 Associate Manager)
The CL8 Associate Manager will lead end to end delivery of application assessment, CI/CD based application planning, and large scale application migration and deployment workstreams.
The role is accountable for managing multiple applications or deployment waves, leading DevOps and Infrastructure deployment teams, and ensuring delivery predictability, quality, and risk management across assigned scope.
CL8 focus: Workstream ownership, multi team leadership, delivery governance, and senior stakeholder engagement within a program.
Key Responsibilities
Application Assessment & Deployment Planning
Lead application assessment execution across multiple applications or waves.
Validate application readiness for CI/CD based deployment and migration.
Own application level deployment and migration plans, dependencies, and sequencing.
CI/CD Strategy & Delivery Ownership
Own CI/CD implementation strategy for assigned workstreams.
Drive creation, reuse, and standardization of CI/CD pipelines across applications.
Ensure integration of quality gates, security scans, and compliance controls.
Application Migration & Deployment Leadership
Lead end to end application migrations and deployments across environments.
Own cutover planning, execution governance, rollback readiness, and hypercare.
Ensure stability, availability, and adherence to deployment standards.
DevOps & Infrastructure Team Leadership
Lead medium to large DevOps and Infrastructure teams across multiple applications.
Coordinate delivery across Application, DevOps, Infra, Platform, and Security teams.
Drive team performance, issue resolution, and delivery discipline.
Delivery Governance & Stakeholder Management
Own delivery governance for assigned scope (plans, milestones, risks, dependencies).
Provide status, risk, and KPI reporting to Senior Manager / Program leadership.
Engage with client and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and risks.
Mandatory Skills (CL8 Associate Manager)
Application assessment and deployment planning
CI/CD based deployment models and execution governance
CI/CD pipeline creation and standardization
Application migration and large scale deployment delivery
DevOps and Infrastructure team leadership
Strong delivery management and risk mitigation skills
Preferred / Good to Have
Experience managing multi application or multi wave deployments
Exposure to cloud or hybrid deployment models
Experience with large cutovers and hypercare
Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Cloud Automation DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
