VML Growth Academy – Account Management & Strategy | VML KSA

VML KSA is launching VML Growth Academy — a one-year acceleration experience designed to develop the next generation of Saudi talent in the evolving landscape of AI, creativity, and global transformation under WPP.

This is not a traditional entry-level role.
It is a structured development journey offering hands-on client exposure, cross-functional collaboration, and 4-month rotations across key departments within the agency.

Your Role:

This track blends client leadership with strategic thinking, giving you exposure to both commercial and analytical sides of the agency.

In Account Management, you will:

  • Support day-to-day client communication and coordination

  • Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and campaign rollouts

  • Prepare meeting agendas, status reports, and follow-ups

  • Coordinate between Strategy, Creative, Social, and Production teams

  • Ensure briefs are clear, structured, and aligned with client objectives

  • Support job tracking and internal workflow processes

In Strategy, you will:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis

  • Support audience insight development and trend analysis

  • Assist in building campaign presentations and strategic decks

  • Contribute to brand positioning and communication planning

  • Analyze campaign performance data and identify learning opportunities

  • Support AI-driven research tools and digital insight gathering

This plan is designed to help you understand how ideas move from insight → strategy → execution → delivery.


Skills & Competencies

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:

  • Strong communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)

  • Analytical and research capabilities

  • Structured thinking and problem-solving ability

  • Attention to detail and organization

  • Confidence working in collaborative team environments

  • Time management and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Interest in marketing, branding, and digital transformation

  • Adaptability and learning agility in fast-paced environments


Who We’re Looking For:

  • Saudi Nationals (mandatory)

  • Fresh graduates or early-career professionals

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred

  • Individuals eager to build a long-term career in the agency industry


Program Structure

  • One-year contract under VML Growth Academy

  • Quarterly rotational opportunities across departments

  • Exposure to Account Management, Strategy, Social, Creative, and more

  • Mentorship and real client project involvement from day one

  • Expected start date: 1 April 2026
