Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires engaging with various stages of the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of system components.
- Maintain and improve existing applications by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools to recommend improvements in development processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM FileNet ECM Tools.
- Experience with system architecture design and implementation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across multiple layers of the application stack.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM FileNet ECM Tools.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
