Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Good to have skills : SD-WAN Implementation, SD-WAN Operations, Palo Alto Networks Firewalls

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of both production and development systems and products. Your typical day will involve addressing various technical issues, providing solutions, and ensuring that all configured services operate smoothly across different platforms. You will work closely with team members to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software challenges, contributing to the overall efficiency of the systems in place. Your role will also require you to implement technology at the operating system level, ensuring that all server and network areas function optimally. Roles & Responsibilities: · General experience in networking required, Arista switching with Arista CVP management layer, Palo Alto firewalls with Panorama management layer · Experience with scripting or SD-WAN (Versa) is helpful but not required · This would be running scripts to execute work already defined and being able to track completion and alert on issues · May need to work with vendor to resolve issues like testing fix worked with store, calling a tech to order a fix for a circuit or a device · Need to be able to call US phone numbers to coordinate work with Vendor and client Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures - Arista and Palo Alto Firewall - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Versa SD-WAN Implementation, SD-WAN Operations - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 6-8 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - A 15 years full time education is required.
