The Senior Manager, Merchandising Integration plays a critical role in transforming our Retail organization by translating complex financial data into clear insights and actionable strategies. This leader partners across Merchandising, Finance, Digital, Analytics, Marketing, and Supply Chain to enable informed decision-making and accelerate execution of Front Store initiatives.
This role requires a strong ability to influence without direct authority, build compelling narratives, and lead end-to-end transformation efforts. The ideal candidate combines deep financial acumen with strategic thinking, process development experience, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment in a dynamic retail environment.
Success in this role will depend on strong listening skills to identify key business pain points, as well as the ability to build trusted relationships that unlock measurable impact for both colleagues and customers.

5+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or financial modeling
5+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, competitive environment (e.g., retail, finance, consulting, healthcare, pharmaceuticals)
Proven track record of influencing stakeholders with and without direct authority
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and deliver impactful solutions
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Experience working within merchandising or similar business models
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Willingness to travel approximately 10–25% as needed
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
