Our Mission 

As directed by the Director of Perioperative Services and PAAC physician, the PAAC RN Office Coordinator is responsible for the overall daily operations and communication in the clinic, maintains adequate staffing, assigns and monitors responsibilities and tasks among staff. Actively participates in staff development, training, and provides appropriate supervision of staff. Participates in hiring and disciplinary action of office staff in conjunction with the Director of Perioperative Services. Collaborates with the Medical Director of Anesthesia, the PAAC physician, and Director of Perioperative Services to improve efficiency of the clinic, drive patient volume, reduce same day procedural cancellations, and standardize pre-procedural information.

Requirements 

• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 120 days.

• Current Missouri license as a Practical or Registered Nurse.

• One to two years' experience in customer service preferred.

• One to two years’ experience in a physician's office or hospital department preferred.

• Previous management experience preferred.
