Job Description:

UPS International Marketing team is seeking a strategic, execution‑focused Product Manager to lead the development, optimization, and lifecycle management of international shipping products, transportation solutions, and value‑added services. This role is pivotal in shaping how UPS enables global trade—across physical transportation networks, brokerage and compliance services, and customer‑facing capabilities. You’ll be at the forefront of transforming how businesses navigate international shipping—building tools that reduce friction, increase compliance confidence, and unlock global growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap - conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to form product vision that aligns with international growth strategies and customer needs.
  • Drive end-to-end product development, from ideation through launch and iteration, in collaboration with design, global marketing and brokerage teams, IT, compliance, legal, and more.
  • Lead commercialization and product pricing strategy to generate revenue growth for UPS, and enhance customer value proposition. 
  • Drives regulatory and compliance initiatives related to Duty and Tax product lines, ensuring solutions meet global customs requirements while maintaining a seamless customer experience. 
  • Owning product performance metrics and customer feedback to continuously improve product adoption, reduce shipment holds, and increase customer stickiness 
  • Serves as the primary product sponsor and executive spokesperson, providing updates, performance insights, and strategic direction to senior leadership and stakeholders on your product.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+years of product management experience, ideally with transportation products, digital products, UI/UX, DX, and AI experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and a bias for action.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of accountability for delivering quality results.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred

  • Master of Business Administration.
  • Some understanding of global trade, customs compliance, and cross-border shipping workflow.
  • Experience working with international markets and multilingual product environments.

Additional Details:

  • Location: Atlanta, GA (onsite role, requiring commuting). Must already reside in or be willing to self-relocate to the area.
