Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong expertise in Excel and hands-on experience in creating reports/SLM reports and dashboards in ServiceNow. Additional skills in Power BI will be highly preferred. The candidate will be responsible for gathering reporting requirements, developing insightful dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards to meet business needs. - Use Excel (including advanced functions, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis tools) to prepare, analyze, and present data. - Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, ensuring data refresh and visual accuracy. - Work with stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements. - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data across all reporting platforms. - Perform ad-hoc data extraction and analysis to support operational and strategic objectives. - Optimize and automate recurring reports to improve efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improved reporting and insights. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in Excel (Advanced level). - Hands-on experience in creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow. - Good understanding of Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Excellent communication. - Ability to work under 24x7 rotational shifts. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in ITSM/ITIL processes and workflows. - Experience in ServiceNow reporting or Power BI (optional but preferred). Educational Qualifications: - 5 years full time education is required.
