As our Production Coordinator you will be tasked with supporting our Plants' various operational initiatives and overall manufacturing plan.

Position-Related Duties

  • Support the activities and initiatives required by the Plant Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) Master Plan, as assigned
  • Prepare for and support the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Teams in their efforts to establish the Basic Equipment Conditions for assigned machines
  • Prepare for and support the Professional Maintenance (PM) Teams in their efforts to establish a Planned Maintenance program and to support the AM Step activities
  • Understand, lead and train TPM teams on Quick Kaizen, Single Point Lesson (SPL) development and Communication, and other AM Pillar activities
  • Understand, lead and train TPM teams on the 5-Tools of Focused Improvement (FI): Brainstorming, Cause & Effect, 5Y, 5W2H and use of the Action Log
  • Facilitate and support the sustainable implementation of TPM activity outcomes such as Clean, Inspect and Lubrication (CIL) standards across all shifts
  • Facilitate, support and participate in training and TPM activities such as CIL development, Preventive Maintenance Optimization, and technical skills development and skills transfer activities
  • Monitor, update and communicate TPM Pillar progress (i.e., Autonomous Maintenance Team Step activities, Professional Maintenance Team Step activities, Minor and Process Stop Reduction, etc.)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Line Information System (LIS) is desirable.
  • Perform housekeeping duties as required
  • Any other tasked deemed necessary

Education and Additional Requirements

  • High School Diploma, General Education or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years related experience
  • Prior experience in a production / manufacturing -environment preferred.
  • Excellent Communication
  • Basic math skills and reading comprehension.

Pay Range:

$64,397 - $78,707

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
