CFC Delivery - SFE Lead (中国销售赋能团队-销售效率负责人)

Job Summary:
The SFE Lead is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's sales effectiveness (SFE) strategies, leveraging data-driven approaches to ensure the efficient operation of the sales team's structure, resource allocation, target management, and performance monitoring. This role demands excellent data analysis skills and team management experience to drive improvements in sales effectiveness, empower the sales team, and enable continuous optimization aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Quota Allocation and Optimization
- Design and optimize sales metrics allocation methodologies to ensure fairness and alignment with business objectives.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on metric allocation requirements, processes, and standards.
- Regularly review and refine metrics allocation to ensure it aligns with the company’s strategic goals and market demands.
Target Hospital and Pharmacy Management
- Manage and optimize target hospitals and associated pharmacies, with periodic adjustments.
- Enhance the precision of target management to ensure resources are focused on the most promising markets.
Sales Territory Management
- Implement and adjust sales territories effectively on a quarterly basis, ensuring alignment with business priorities and market dynamics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date territory data for both new and existing regions, with control over territory adjustments.
- Monitor and optimize the coverage and resource distribution across territories to maximize sales effectiveness
SOP and Management Rule Design and Execution
- Design and continuously optimize governance rules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to territory management, hospital and pharmacy targeting etc.
- Continuously optimize management rules to ensure they remain adaptive to evolving business scenarios.
Data Analysis, Tool Optimization, and Sales Enablement
- Conduct in-depth sales data analysis to provide business insights and support decision-making.
- Optimize sales effectiveness analysis tools, promote the adoption of automation tools, and enhance overall efficiency.
Team Development
- Lead the development and growth of the SFE team, enhancing their professional capabilities and driving execution and overall effectiveness.
- Foster a high-performance team culture that can rapidly adapt to evolving business needs and challenges, ensuring continuous development and alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analysis, Information Management, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in SFE-related roles, including team management experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Exceptional project management, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate closely across departments to ensure successful project execution.
- Business Planning: Deep understanding of product-strategy alignment, with the ability to plan and make decisions in complex business environments to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Expertise in BI tools, Python, SQL, and other data analysis tools, with strong data interpretation and application capabilities.
- Resilience and Technical Expertise: Excellent technical proficiency, able to work efficiently under pressure, and communicate strategic plans and analytical results clearly.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate smoothly in a multinational environment.
