The Opportunity:
CACI has need to add an experienced Cyber Security Engineer to its technical team in Albuquerque, NM.  This position requires travel in the continental United States for various projects.  The candidate should be experienced performing the following tasks


Responsibilities:

  • Experience with the implementation of complex engineering solutions for critical systems and capabilities, engineering and implementation of C4 systems, operations and maintenance of systems and subsystems.
  • Experience in the design, engineering and implementation of technologies and interfaces specifically supporting the operational capability of senior leadership and supporting facilities.
  • Must be familiar with common IT systems and cyber security engineering  s/w  tools (ACAS, HBSS, LogRythm etc)
  • Experience in installation, integration and test activities in support of operation and maintenance of C4 systems.
  • --Experience and familiarity with Configuration Management (CM) and repository maintenance for overall C4 system/subsystem technical data management.
  • Provide system security certification and accreditation support for the current systems
  • Evaluates and coordinates system security activities in support of the design of computer information systems and integration of total system including the consolidation of design efforts as well as conducting independent technical investigations of system design
  • Perform site surveys and system security analysis of Operations Centers (OC).
  • Verify adherence to established system security standards and practices.
  • Work in a team environment.



Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Information Assurance Management Level II certification (IAW DoD 8570.1)
  • Risk Management Framework (RMF) experience
  • Experience writing SSPs, RARs, SCTMs, and Test Plans
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Server and Client Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of VMware
  • STIG implementation
  • Xacta & eMASS experience
  • IC and DoD policies, procedures, and operating instructions related to IT, IA, and IM
  • 5 years experience in evaluating proposed engineering changes for security accreditation impacts and supporting the engineering required to accredit new C4 systems and subsystems.


Desired:

  • BS/BA  in computer science, computer engineering or information systems
  • 5 years of experience in system security engineering in support of computer information systems design, development and integration of communication networks for fcommand & control centers.
  • Active TS/SCI

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$59,700 - $122,200
