What to expect:

As a member of the Finance Center of Excellence in its KL Office, you will act as a senior change management analyst within the Quote to Cash chain.

You, as a senior QTC change management analyst, will:

• Drive as a Finance representative the delivery process of Quote to Cash initiatives and projects:

  • Gather and express finance requirements in the format of user stories and E2E test scenarios

  • Ensure finance requirements are taken into account before the start of implementation

  • Design and execute E2E scenarios to get assurance on the accurateness and correctness of the implementation

  • Liaise with the different delivery teams to validate the solution

  • Connect the dots with other team members in charge of release management

  • Be able to act in line within the existing process and provide deliverables accordingly

  • Promote a continuous improvement and efficiency culture.

• Prepare the Finance Operational Teams to upcoming changes in the Quote to Cash chain:

  • Be able to summarize in a clear and concise manner the changes that are expected to impact the operational teams following a quote to cash implementation

  • Have good documentation skills to perform a handover to Finance Operational Teams

  • Ensure that Quote to Cash implementations do not generate additional manual effort in operational teams and escalate when needed

What will make you succesful?

In order to make you and our team successful, we expect you to:

• Have a bachelor or master degree in Finance or Business administration;

• Have more than 5 years of experience in a role within the quote to cash chain

• Have excellent analytical skills

• Be able to keep your focus on the bigger picture, while capable of deepdiving into details when required

• Connect easily with any stakeholder adequately;

• Be self-driven, wanting to make thing happen;

It is a plus if you:

• Have knowledge or experience within SWIFT’s quote to cash chain

• ave a good high level understanding of general finance terms and processes
