As part of our Manufacturing team, you’ll bring innovation to life, transforming visionary designs into world-class training solutions. Every detail you shape contributes to safety, precision, and performance.

Join a manufacturing team in full transformation, where your impact will be direct, visible, and strategic. You will take the lead of an organization ready to optimize, modernize, and rethink its ways of working to gain efficiency and agility.
Your mission? To accelerate performance, simplify operations, and build a robust internal logistics ecosystem that supports the company’s growth and elevates the customer experience.

We are looking for a high‑caliber leader capable of moving seamlessly from vision to execution—someone who understands that performance is driven as much by strategic alignment as by hands‑on presence alongside the teams. This role is designed for an experienced, ambitious manager with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to act as a true engine of transformation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and optimize logistics operations to maximize productivity, quality, and service performance.

  • Oversee all logistics activities, including receiving, warehousing, internal logistics, packaging, shipping, and transportation.

  • Manage departmental budgets and optimize operational costs by setting, tracking, and achieving efficiency and profitability objectives.

  • Champion and evolve the logistics vision to support corporate goals, including digital transformation and process modernization.

  • Establish and maintain strategic business relationships with internal and external logistics partners and suppliers.

  • Participate in the selection, negotiation, and management of service providers, including SLAs and pricing agreements.

  • Act as a technical expert in resolving complex issues related to logistics operations, transportation, and warehousing.

  • Manage global logistics risks, including compliance, customs tariff management, and adaptation to disruptions driven by trade policies.

  • Stay informed about best practices, innovations, and emerging technologies in logistics, and lead their integration within the department.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. MBA is an asset.

  • At least 10 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, and shipping (including global logistics regulations).

  • Experience in manufacturing operations, ideally in packaging or assembly (strong asset).

  • Transformational leadership combining strategic vision with strong on‑the‑ground presence.

  • Experience in complex, technological, growing, or transforming environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, strong initiative, and results‑driven mindset.

  • Knowledge of Lean Management principles and change management practices.

  • Experience working in a unionized environment
